At the National Training Board, we're training people for the real world. We're helping to build a top-quality Bermudian labour force that meets the needs of local and international employers.

We work with motivated individuals to help them train or retrain for occupations that are in high demand in Bermuda. And we work with employers, unions, industry associations, the Bermuda College and other agencies to ensure that technical and vocational training is available to all Bermudians.
